DATA CENTER CHILLED WATER PLANT REPLACEMENT

PowerCon provided MEP Due Diligence, Engineering Design and Commissioning services for the replacement of the primary heat-rejection plant, consisting of five air-cooled chillers, serving an enterprise data center in Central New Jersey.

The multi-million dollar project improved energy efficiency by 14%, reduced plant noise, and enhanced system resiliency—all completed without interrupting operations. PowerCon also secured over $500,000 in incentives through the New Jersey Clean Energy Program.
