PowerCon assisted our client during the acquisition phase of the purchase of a Call Center campus.  The campus consists of two 125,000SF buildings located in Florida and following an initial due diligence study, underwent an upgrade to all Mechanical Systems within the campus. 

The scope of work included:

• Installation of connections for temporary roll-up chillers

• Replacement of eight Air-Cooled Chillers

• Chilled Water System upgrades to variable-secondary pumping configuration

• Ventilation upgrades, including replacement of all Outdoor Air Fans
