Murray Hill Properties is a Real Estate Service company who owns, leases and manages 6M+ square feet of office space in NY.  MHP purchased 180 Maiden Lane in 2014 and is in the process of restoring the 41-story office space building, built in 1984, to its former glory after sustaining significant damage during Hurricane Sandy in 2012.  MHP is in the process of renovating tenant floors to provide a “Class A” infrastructure to prospective tenants.

PowerCon is currently providing engineering services in the creation of facility single line drawings for the base building infrastructure and life safety system. 

Other ongoing projects include the design and construction management of fourteen (14) tenant bus duct riser distribution demolition work throughout the entire facility and the restoration of the 480V tenant penthouse generator system comprised of (4) 2000kW generators, 10,000A paralleling switchgear and the associated fuel-oil transfer system.
