NEVADA CALL CENTER CAMPUS

A large credit card company wished to expand its footprint by opening a campus in Nevada to house call center agents and operations personnel.  PowerCon provided complete MEP design and critical systems commissioning services for the project, which included the phased renovation of two 60,000 sqft buildings in the same corporate park over a period of two years.

In addition to call center agent seating, key elements in the campus design included critical technology rooms, training rooms, a town hall, and a full kitchen and café for corporate dining.  The project scope included the installation of a new 1,000kW emergency generator, multiple UPS systems to support technology spaces and workstations, redundant CRAC units for technology spaces, and a new BMS for critical infrastructure.  The second building in the campus was awarded LEED Gold Certification.
