22 Vanderbilt

PowerCon is providing MEP engineering design and commissioning services for the repositioning of over 450,000 square feet at 22 Vanderbilt, a Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan. Building on nearly a decade of involvement, PowerCon has supported both base building infrastructure upgrades and tenant-driven improvements, maintaining a long-standing relationship with ownership and bringing deep familiarity with the building’s systems.

The work includes multi-floor tenant fit-outs, executive office spaces, and major amenity areas such as a three-story culinary market and food hall, town hall and meeting facilities, and a full-service health club. Infrastructure upgrades include HVAC system replacements, electrical distribution enhancements, emergency power systems, and plumbing improvements. PowerCon has also supported mission-critical infrastructure improvements within the building, including upgrades and reconfiguration of data center environments to enhance efficiency, resiliency, and operational flexibility.
